All orders received will be processed and dispatched within 3-7 business days, dependent on the shipping service you have chosen. Please note orders are not picked, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email will contain links to track the status of your order or a number to track the status of your order.
Please keep in mind that carriers may experience delays caused by COVID-19. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, our customer service team will contact you via email.
Once your order has shipped, we will immediately send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received an email, please check your spam folder. You can track your order at any time on our Order Tracking page.
Once we ship the order and provide a tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by the courier company due to any reason, or the courier company attempts to deliver the order when the customer is not at home, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the courier company. We recommend you follow up with the courier once you are provided with the tracking number.
Change of delivery address
For a change of delivery address request, we are able to modify the address at any time before the order is dispatched.
After placing your order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request the modification or cancellation of your order free of charge. Also, there are no refunds for cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order.
If you put an incorrect address during checkout and product return to our store after delivery, then we will not be responsible for the loss of your order.
